This is a multi-limbed global TMT platform which counts many of Europe's largest TMT firms as long-standing clients. They are in a unique position - with boardroom access and intimate knowledge gained through a series of prior engagements (audit, tax, due diligence, MA etc) - to evaluate the relative strategic directions of these firms and to formulate commercial ideas relating to the possibilities that exist for them to benefit from the convergence of the various technologies each specialises in. Joint Ventures, Shared Assets, Market Entry and similar are all on the table and the search is for a senior professional who has a broad understanding of developments in Media, Comms, Mobile, Internet etc and the credibility required to sell to his/her ideas about how to capitalise in these developments at board level.
