DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST / SHAREHOLDING REPORTING – VP recruitment
Overseeing the Disclosure of Interest or Shareholding Reporting function of the region with various regulatory requirements such as shareholder requirements, takeovers, short-selling and industry specific requirements for the Asia region. Manage a team in completing daily activities. Research and analyze regulatory, legal and corporate compliance reporting requirements in various jurisdictions. Proactively identify, resolve and communicate compliance issues and trends. Implement processes for identifying new and existing reporting obligations and ensure that they are fulfilled on a timely basis.
To qualify for the position, you should be a University graduate with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in compliance or regulatory area. Excellent analytical skills, problem solving ability and attention to detail. Sound interpersonal skills. Team management. Travelling required.
