Disclosures Reporting
LPC qualified with strong attention to detail and report writing, my client is looking for an additional headcount to join their compliance disclosures team on�a contract basis.
- Ensure that the process undertaken to reconcile transaction and position data in preparation for disclosure notices adheres to guidelines.
- Ensure familiarity with disclosure requirements for jurisdictions under the control of the group
- Become fully familiar with and provide guidance to the other Disclosure Analysts on the complex products traded by the bank and their impact on disclosures.�
- Assist in raising profile of group through a high standard of communication with Compliance, Legal and business.
- Make pro-active suggestions for the improvement of the systems and data used by the team.
- Responding to enquiries from traders about the bank's disclosure position.
- Liaising with traders and structured product teams over trading activity.
- Work with Change the Bank project managers to implement a new�group system which will incorporate all relevant regulatory laws new short selling requirements
- Submitting disclosures to local regulators and supervisory bodies
