Description: - DISPATCHER (1207038) Job Description DISPATCHER ( Job Number: 1207038) Role Synopsis The Dispatcher will maintain an effective communications link between the base(s) and the customer. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Dispatches equipment and personnel as specified and maintains records of communications and dispatching activities. Receives phone, mail, fax and other communications from customers while maintaining self to ensure good customer relations. Ensures that critical information is communicated to appropriate manager or other staff. Coordinate cement lab activities between operations and engineering. Handles special projects, as assigned. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 6+ months related experience. Desired/Preferred Qualifications Ability to handle multiple telephone calls. Demonstrated proficiency in English. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Basic computer navigation skills. Ability to adjust work schedule to business needs.
