Executive Secretary (Contract: with effect from Jan 2012 for 3 to 4 months) recruitment
Job Description:
- Render professional secretarial and administrative support to CEO and Team
- Assist in coordinating the in-house meetings.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, conference calls and video conferences with other branches and clients.
- Calendar management for the team.
- Arrange applications of Visa, flight tickets, transport and Hotel accommodation for international travel.
- Finalize the logistics for overseas meetings and prepare itineraries.
- Processing of corporate card claims, overtime claims and travel expenses
- Generate and track monthly expenses reports.
- Any other comprehensive duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Executive secretary with more than 7 years of experience in a global financial institution.
- Diligent, efficient and meticulous in discharge of executive secretarial functions with good relationship skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize assignments to deliver to deadlines.
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Power point and Excel.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both conversational and written.
