ABC Chauffeured Limousine is a well-established Peninsula based company seeking enthusiastic individuals for full time positions. The Customer Service/Dispatch Representative requires you to be able to handle phones, radio calls and computer data input. You are the primary contact for all chauffeured drivers and will handle various duties such as: Scheduling, providing driving directions, verifying addresses, make customer contact to confirm trips as well as marketing potential customers.
ABC Limousines is looking for evening and weekend employees who possess the following:
***Applicant must type at least 40 wpm.***
•Knowledge of Bay Area
•Computer literacy (Excel, Word, email)
•Great communication skills, both written and verbal
•Outstanding customer service skills
•Organizational follow-through and attention to detail
•Ability to multi-task
•Ability to work effectively with leadership, office support, fellow team members
***Applicants must be available weekends nights ****
