Position Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Chief Technology officer and his team.

• Assisting the CTO in creating and editing technical reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Collecting and summarizing technical news and reports
• Creating notes and meeting minutes for the CTO
• Managing Outlook calendars and making domestic and international travel
• Answering phone inquiries and taking messages as needed
• Preparing and tracking TE expense reports
• Assisting in meeting preparation; providing WebEx, videoconference and teleconference support
• Handling all general administrative duties for the department including faxing, copying, scanning, mailings, invoice processing and reconciliation
• Providing support for department data requests utilizing Excel spreadsheets

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant at a global organization for 3 plus years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Characteristics:
• Prior experience working in a technology organization is strongly desired
• Knowledge of WebEx technology
