The Role
The main duties in this role are to work collaboratively with case managers, technical managers with regards to preparing for conciliation. Be able to build relationships, have good negotiating skills and ability to follow rules and regulations. If you are currently working in workers compensation and have strong technical experience or are currently in a DRO position or a Senior Case Manager looking to step up, we would like to hear from you.
Your Details
The successful candidate will have passion and flair within workers compensation, and a thirst for progressing your career forward. They are looking for someone experienced in preparing for conciliation conferences, evaluating, analysing and dissecting the evidence obtained from all the parties with the view of preparing a line of reasoning in contention. Good negotiation and relationship building skills and some who acts as a technical referral point for others and coaches and mentors case managers and technical managers around work issues. A proven claims management background, but most importantly is your own drive to succeed. A great personality and a friendly nature will see you slot into this team with ease. A strong remuneration package is on offer for the right person.
This will suit someone who is results orientated, highly organised and able to work under demanding situations and most importantly have a personal commitment to promoting and ensuring work safety.
