Innovations Block Inc., Located in Dallas, TX, provides Technology Consulting, Advanced Software Solutions, Frameworks and Toolkits,
and Managed Hosted Application Services. For its growing staffing and consulting services, we are currently hiring technical recruiter's.
Candidates must have:
Full Recruitment life-cycle experience
Development and posting job ads
Source, review, and assess candidates resumes via several traditional (Job boards, referrals, etc.,) and
creative methods (social networking, personal network etc.,)
Ability to source resource from Universities and conduct training programs to create internal resource pool
Assess the demand in the market to target right candidates
Conduct and coordinate Non-technical and technical interviews for qualified candidates
Edit/review candidate resumes and adhere compliance with company standards
Coordinate and follow-up with prospective clients
Manage the end-to-end placement process with hiring client management
Report and communicate the entire recruitment activity to managers and supervisors
(Daily and weekly activity report, Candidate progress sheet etc.,)
Ability to challenge aggressive monthly targets
Strong professional skills
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in IT professional hiring is a plus
2-5 years experience in recruitment
Knowledge in HR practices is a plus
