Distressed Debt analyst recruitment
Our client is a global investment firm with over $4BN of assets under management. They specialise in distressed debt and private equity opportunities. They are looking to hire a Distressed Debt Analyst for their London team. Candidates will have a minimum of three years experience working with distressed situations. Experience restructuring balance sheets, negotiating schemes of arrangement, covenant amendments, analysing credit documentation and building complex financial models is essential. Candidates must possess an attention to detail, self-motivation and a desire to work in a collegiate team environment. An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or related business field is preferred. Responsibilities include evaluating companies capital structures, making trade recommendations and monitoring existing investments.
