Kelly Services is currently accepting applicants for Distribution Pick and Pack opportunities with a minimum of 1 yr. prior distribution experience. We are seeking candidates with proven work experience holding titles such as Order Picker, Material Handler, Reach Truck Operator and Forklift Driver. Requirements: - Prior Distribution work experience for at least 1 year - Experience working in a distribution warehouse - Prior experience operating Forklifts, Reach Truck (cherry picker), Rider Jacks and RF scan guns - Ability to lift up to 25lbs repetitively - Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time - High School diploma or GED - Verifiable work references - Excellent punctuality and attendance as it is strictly enforced General Job Description: Fill orders or issue supplies from stock. Check physical condition of supplies/inventory. Count materials, documents and other items. Record numbers, codes or other information. Read production schedules, work orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, conveyors, racks, and shelves by hand. May use powered industrial vehicles (forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, etc.) and technology (PCs, scanners, etc.) to complete job tasks.
