The role of District Executive is responsible for the growth and profitability of a Business Banking district. It is responsible for leading and developing a team of Relationship Managers to grow and manage a large customer portfolio as well as driving the strategic sales agenda which focuses on delivering tailored, profitable solutions for the customer and business.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Well developed leadership ability, with proven experience in achieving results through others and a track record in effective coaching.
• Strong sales and Risk Management background
• Solid proven exposure to business financial industry/markets, supported with expertise in corporate finance skills and market knowledge and business contacts.
• Strong customer relationship management, networking and negotiating skills previously demonstrated in winning new customers and closing transactions.
• Significant experience working within the Commercial market with well developed networks across the state.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing business development/marketing plans, as well as driving effective sales behaviour.
