As a Relationship Credit Manager you will be responsible for working directly with Customers, Credit Executives and Relationship Managers to complete the broader credit assessment function and ensure an optimal 'well managed' portfolio. It is expected that a clear understanding of the performance history and future plans of each customer within the portfolio is well understood by the Relationship Credit Manager at all times. The Relationship Credt Manager will collaborate with the Relationship Manager, product partners and Credit Executives to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the customer whilst minimising all potential risks to ANZ.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Tertiary Qualification in a business related field
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit assessment skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy and demonstrated excellent customer focus
- Demonstrated people management and coaching skills
- Relationship management experience, ideally managing lending portfolios between $1-35million
