Diversity & Inclusion Professional – Financial Services recruitment

Our client is a well-known US financial services organization with an outstanding reputation. As a result of increasing focus on the APAC region, an exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a high-caliber HR professional to head up the Asia Pacific Diversity function.

Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, this newly created position will be responsible for driving a cohesive Diversity program across the region. Working closely with the Global Diversity function in the US, this role will be instrumental in the planning and implementing of all Asia Pacific initiatives. In both creating and deploying the DI strategy, your main aim will be to build an inclusive culture across the region. You will work on key global regional projects, liaising directly with the Group function to roll initiatives out across each country in the region, continually communicating with all relevant country HR and key stakeholders. You will liaise directly with senior management and will have a position of accountability.

The ideal candidate will be a degree holder with over 7 years of work experience within Human Resources. Preferably you will have recent exposure to specialist Diversity Inclusion work. You must also have worked within a fast paced, progressive and matrix organization. Above all, you must have a passion and commitment to Diversity Inclusion. Fluency in English is essential, with Mandarin and Cantonese being advantageous.
