Divisional FD recruitment
Reporting into the Group CFO, the successful candidate will play a key role in setting and delivering the overall strategy for an important business unit within the group (t/o $100 million+).
Key Responsibilities include:
Drive business unit growth and profitability through identifying opportunities and risks in the current business model and business partner the Divisional GM to implement the recommended actions
Develop the business unit vision strategy for the next 5 years with a clear roadmap and milestones.
Secure solid governance and sound control environment by improving existing processes and continuously review and enhancing controls
Lead the planning and forecasting process for the BU and ensure that it is in line with the overall group targets and strategy and work with the BU management team to develop a workable plan to achieve KPIs
Key member of the BU management team with a clear role to support the "COO" in running the forum in the most efficient and effective way
Key Requirements
- A Big 4/top 10 trained Public Practice background
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA).
- Skilled negotiator with strong customer skills a track-record of influencing change
- Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision. Can deal with ambiguity.
- A strong track-record at Divisional FD or Regional FC level.
