Divisional Finance Manager
Globally recognised as a leader in their field this high profile NHS organisation is located in central London. They have seen strategic change to improve the organisations vision and in particular increase the finance teams partnership approach to the business. Now looking to expand their capability they are eager to hire a talented Finance Manager to partner with their largest budgeted and most high profile division.
Starting immediately as an interim you will report to the Senior Finance Manager. You will partner with clinicians, interacting with both executive finance and key non finance stakeholders to drive budget control, financial and management reporting, ad-hoc projects and commercial analysis.
As a CIMA or similar qualified Accountant, you have strong management skills, and can demonstrate experience influencing non-finance senior stakeholders, building relationships and dealing with change management issues. Some exposure to NHS would be nice but not essential, a passion for what the NHS does and the impact a hospital has on our community is absolutely a key criteria for this role.
