DMO F-15 Program Manager

Wyle is currently looking for a program manager to assist in developing, refining, and producing life cycle management plans in support of integrating DMO systems with the F-15 Mission Training Centers (MTCs). Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited university with five (5) years of experience, or nine (9) years of experience in lieu of a degree. Graduate degree desired. Weapons School graduate desired. Experience/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Five (5) years experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher level staff (combination of active duty, government service and/or contractor). Five (5) years staff experience in MS, DMO and LVC. F-15 Rated experience and knowledge of CAF training requirements. Five (5) years experienced knowledge to plan, organize and implement necessary policies, regulations, and directives for the establishment and sustainment of DMO and LVC assigned programs. Five (5) years experienced knowledge to design, plan, prepare, execute, and provide documented assessments of DMO and other combat readiness programs or plans. Five (5) years experienced knowledge to produce reports to indicate investigation methodology, evaluation processes, and recommendations for new LVC technologies and training concepts for inclusion into CAFs DMO and other readiness programs. Five (5) years experienced knowledge to provide analytical and conceptual studies on readiness-related efforts and LVC technologies. Five (5) years experienced knowledge to analyze technical and operational impacts, cost and training benefit of proposed changes in a resource-constrained environment, and propose changes to programs to MAJCOM level leadership to meet operational capabilities and addressing operational needs. Five (5) years experienced knowledge to participate and collaborate on DMO/LVC and MS working groups and meetings to develop possible solutions for integration and interoperability problems. Five (5) years experienced knowledge in Requirements, Operations, and SPO capabilities and responsibilities. Five (5) Knowledge and experience with JCIDS staffing processes and requirements development. Knowledge and experience of Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS) for POM development and programming of funds. Experience and knowledge of preparing and presenting high level briefings, BBPs, and Technical Reports. Must be capable of producing electronic correspondence and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and with excellent analytical, speaking and writing skills. Ten (10) years experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher level staff (combination of active duty, government service and/or contractor) desired, and seven (7) years staff experience in MS, DMO and LVC desired.
