Liquidity SolutionsThe Liquidity Solutions team has responsibility for all liquidity management and cash investment products and revenues for the clients of the Treasury Securities Services (TSS) division.
Product Managers and Client Solutions Specialists work in partnership with the TSS Sales Relationship organisations to structure cash deposit, concentration, pooling and investment solutions for their clients.
The Europe, Middle East and Africa team is responsible for a book of over $ 160 Bn in multi-currency client balances; $ 100 Bn in on-balance sheet deposits and $60 bn in off-balance sheet investments.
Client Solutions TeamThe Client Solutions specialist team is organised into 2 segment-aligned groups covering Financial Institutions (including Non-Bank financial institutions) and Corporates.

Morgan has an opening for a Liquidity Client Solutions Specialist in the Financial Institutions-aligned Liquidity group, with responsibilities that will include structuring solutions for European, Middle East and African Banks, Central Banks, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Brokers and Clearing Houses.
The Liquidity Client Solutions specialist will be responsible for and will have extensive previous experience in the following areas:
ResponsibilitiesPartnering with Sales and Relationship Management functions to drive Liquidity opportunities.Work with clients to determine liquidity cash management challenges and then create effective solutions utlising global product capabilities.Management, maintenance and growth of portfolio balances and revenues.Manage deal flow/pipeline keeping LOB partners abreast of performance vs plan, initiatives, portfolio growth etcKeep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and buying behaviour patterns.Be the voice of the client into Product Management developing growth strategies for covered markets, identifying product gaps and driving future product development.Coordination and leadership of Liquidity Investment Management client events

Qualifications
Your BackgroundYou must be able to demonstrate your liquidity product and/or cash management expertise, preferably working with Financial Institution clients.Proven sales, relationship or business management experience. You must be able to demonstrate experience in direct execution of client deals and complex solutions, including defining and matching client requirements to appropriate product and pricing strategiesYou will have proven experience with deal-flow management and progress reporting.You must have extensive experience of management, maintenance
and growth of portfolio balances and revenues.You will have experience of linking with other product companies to construct integrated solutions for the segmentExtensive experience of working with Product Management and Finance to ensure integrity of revenues.Track record of identifying product gaps and representing client requirements to assist in prioritizing product developmentYou must be able to demonstrate effective communication, presentation and influencing skillsYou must have experience of
analyzing complex information from variety of sourcesYou will be able to give examples of your strategic thinking ability and successful outcomes of motivating and driving tactical execution management of client events.Desirable:
Background / knowledge or Corporate Treasury in an Insurance or Pension market forces.Education:Undergraduate degree required;
