DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS ANALYST

Position Description:
The Reynolds and Reynolds Company provides over 5,000 different types of printed forms and promotional items to the automotive market. As a Document Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and revising our electronic Finance and Insurance forms used by our customer accounts. You will be utilizing our software to make necessary updates to our forms products to ensure they are properly designed and that our high standards are met; this will include alignment, printing and calculation specifications. You will also be responsible for resolving both internal and external customer issues and verifying that the end product meets the customers' requirements and expectations.
Training:
Your training begins with a six week program that will provide you with the foundation you need to understand our company, products, and the automotive industry. During this time, you will receive a combination of classroom-style, peer-to-peer, and online training. In addition, you will spend time observing various departments across the company and have opportunities to see Reynolds solutions in action, including visiting actual car dealerships. Upon completion, you will then receive further training on your specific job duties. We take the time to train you right because your success is our future.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
