Documentation Manager
Our client is seeking a Documentation specialist, with industry experience, with approximately five years experience drafting and negotiating master agreements with counterparties in the Asia Pacific region.
You will analyse and provide documentation advice to relevant internal stakeholders in connection with derivatives master agreements for counterparties onboarded or to be onboarded for derivatives trading on a bilateral or cleared basis. Those who are currently within a similar role in the investment banking industry, who possess strong analytical and communication skills, who have experience dealing with internal stakeholders and clients will be considered.
This role sits within the legal department and involves dealing with the legal documentation and issues. A legal qualification, whilst an advantage, is not required although appropriate non-legal qualifications and relevant experience of financial derivatives transactions will be relevant. Asian language skills are desirable but not essential.
