Due diligence Manager recruitment
MainResponsibilities
- Performing financial due diligence (DD) of companies (both buy-side and vendor DD)
- Leading a financial DD team in the course of the project, coaching and supervising junior staff
- Providing support to management in the engagement planning and management process
- Participation in other projects related to transaction support services to the clients
- Participation in client meetings and site visits and interaction with clients
Requirements
- Education: Higher education (finance profile)
- Required Experience: 3 years or more in transaction support services department of consulting company; previous audit experience is a plus
- Experience with Big 4 company or second tier consulting company is a must
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS and Russian accounting standards
- English: fluent
- Computer Skills: MS Office, 1C Bookkeeping
- Personality: Initiative, responsibility and accuracy
- Team player
- Good analytical skills
- Good leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under preasure
