This popular local Pub is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join a strong team and focus on the bars and entertainment area of the Pub. The suitable person for this role will be motivated and enthusiastic about growing and developing this business to new levels of success.
You will be dedicated to ensuring all customers enjoy a truly unique experience, staff performance exceeds expectations and targets are met.
This will be facilitated by the following key responsibilities:
- Previous Venue Management / Duty Manager experience
- Manage a busy bar trade and assist with the entertainment nights
- Lead by example with a "hands on" management style
- A strong focus on ensuring customer service standards are exceeded with every patron visit
- Training and motivating your team
- Stock and cash management
- Possess current RSA and RSF certificates
- Overseeing staff rostering and labour targets
- Promotions and marketing initiatives
- Venue presentation and security
- Knowledge of the local hospitality scene
