This Mid Sized Chartered Firm located north of the city boasts an incredibly low staff turnover (no movement for several years) and is growing strongly. The team has a fantastic attitude which ensures work is great fun as well as very profitable.
An experienced and ambitious Team Manager is required to manage 6 Accountants which will give some freedom to the Partners to go out and develop client relationships. The Firm is achieving an average of 20 new clients each year through referrals and this is a newly created role as a result of this growth.
The Practice has a totally paperless office and utilises the latest IT technology.
We are seeking an exemplary Accountant with extensive Professional Practice experience in Australia, excellent client relationship skills and an ambitious nature. You may be a Senior Accountant ready to take on more responsibility or you may already have management experience and seeking a move to a thriving team environment.
