E-commerce Fraud Manager recruitment
Specifically the role exists to:
- To provide effective leadership and line management for the V.me by Visa analyst(s).
- The cases that are generated by the V.me by Visa fraud engine are investigated and resolved effectively by the V.me by Visa analyst(s).
- To supply subject matter expertise in order to propose, test and implement strategies (fraud engine rules) to identify and step-up authentication on potential system wide fraud concentrations.
- To proactively manage fraud threats that may impact V.me by Visa.
This role will report into Senior Fraud Operations Manager.
Essential Criteria
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce fraud prevention systems (such as RSA or equivalent) and their associated controls to prevent fraud
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years line management experience, preferably in a fraud case management environment.
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years fraud payments experience obtained in a scheme, member or third party environment
- Previous experience in developing a team to support growing and changing business needs.
- Experience in developing policies and procedures for a new service such that risks are identified and controls are put in place
- Good written skills
- Ability to communicate on both a detailed and summary level
- Experience in presenting
Desirable Criteria
- Educated to degree level of higher
- Experience in delivering training
- Experience in issuer fraud detection systems
- Experience in Visa Europe’s fraud products
