E-Commerce Product Manager
The e-commerce product manager will work within a motivated product team to develop innovative and effective shopping and fulfillment solutions for the unique e-commerce experience. The members SHOP, CONNECT and PLAY on the website, and you will be in charge of making sure that the SHOP experience of those members is seamless and consistent with the rest of the things they enjoy.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the e-commerce and fulfillment processes, using an ecommerce platform and a 3rd party logistics provider.
- Manage the roadmap for the .com storefront – helping our product evolve over iterative product releases.
- Collaborate with the larger product team and engineers to integrate shopping tasks into other customer experiences, utilizing the unique PTZ (points) system.
- Roll up your sleeves and help manage other product initiatives when needed as the company grows its user base and expands its functionality.
What skills and experience you’ll need:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 4-6 years experience in e-commerce with a solid knowledge of what it takes to get something from a click on a website to the customer’s doorstep.
- Fundamental understanding of the economics, success metrics of e-commerce
- Experience and familiarity of the following aspects of e-commerce:
- Dropship
- Order management
- Order flow
- Catalog systems
- Familiarity with all the significant players in the online space, including the social network platforms, group commerce platforms, and online analytics tools.
- Ability to manage your time effectively; take initiative; and collaborate with people locally and remotely.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in the absence of imperfect information.
