E-Discovery Application Training Lead Description: Security Clearance: Public Trust REQUIRED Outstanding training presentation skills. Litigation support application training experience. Prior experience in a litigation support environment. Excellent knowledge of Document Review Tools (e.g., iCONECT/Clearwell/Relativity) and processes. Experienced in industry standard chain of custody procedures and processes using sound methods and tools and the affirmative steps to avoid alteration or spoliation of data. Proficient with MS Office applications. Excellent communication and client interface skills (verbal and written). DESCRIPTION Multi-function Systems Analyst Staff (Level 4) to develop and lead system user training program for e-discovery tools, such as iCONECT, Clearwell, and Relativity. Program will train hundreds of system users involved in customer service, investigations, litigation, analysis, and financial auditing. Occasionally travel to agency locations to conduct trainings. Develop agency cadre of Subject Matter Experts. Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program with a variety of training vehicles and documentation specifically tailored to the needs of the various user communities. Maintain training course ratings. Lead team of other trainers. Qualifications: DESIRED Experience with large document hosting solutions Technical writing experience A Total Value package.
