E-FX SALES

OUR TARGET MARKET/SEGMENT
Our target market/segment includes financial institutions, professional traders including small to medium banks and investment funds, capital management firms, money managers, high net worth individuals (HNWI), retail white label solutions and systematic or discretionary trade. 

THE ROLE
Typical duties for this role would include:
• Market and promote the Company brand, products and services to the target market, new and existing clients
• Set and achieve sales targets set with manager in Planning and Performance Assessment (PPA)
• Develop the Company’s client base by sourcing and introducing leads and prospective clients in the target categories above
• Ensure potential client contact details are forwarded to the Dublin sales team on a daily basis for follow up
• Direct non-FX relevant queries to the Dublin team for follow up
• Assist in the mentoring and coaching of junior staff
• Record all sales activities in CRM (Salesforce)
• Adhere to guidelines and/or risk and compliance department directives
• Identify new methods to improve service and enhance offering
• Liaise with marketing department regarding marketing material, promotion of brand and services, etc
• Some travel to meet clients may be required

THE CANDIDATE
To apply for this role you should be able to demonstrate a proven track record (2 years+) of achievement in E-FX Sales and network of contacts clients in 1 or more of the above target market/segments.

You will have a strong understanding of the electronic spot FX Markets.  You will have strong interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills with an ability to influence all stakeholders in complex sales.  You will be a well organised proactive lead generator.  Prior experience as a sales trader and a transferable client/contact base is a distinct advantage.

The remuneration package which includes generous incentive scheme is negotiable and will reflect the calibre and experience of the successful candidate.
