The role is based in Macau in the fast paced gaming industry. Though the corporate language is English, Cantonese ability is highly desirable.
Core responsibilities
1.Manage the design, implementation, launch and operation of the SAP Learning Enterprise Solutions 6.2 platform.
2.Liaise with key stakeholders including Departmental Training Managers, Departments Heads, etc. to ensure the seamless launch of all core functionalities of the software.
3.Work closely with internal IT and SAP consultants to monitor and ensure deadlines are met as agreed under the approved Implementation plan.
4.Develop policies, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures required for the effective and efficient utilization of the system by all end-users.
5.Develop and deliver any required training to various end-user groups on a just-in-time basis.
