Job Description
- Arrange, confirm and manage extremely detailed calendar; scheduling complex senior-level meetings and related logistics.
- Receive and direct visitors.
- Schedule and coordinate high volume of complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotel, ground transportation and foreign currency advances.
- Coordinate necessary passport/visa documentation.
- Perform general tasks including, but not limited to, preparing and proofreading presentations, memos and correspondence; file organization; research requested information, archiving, preparing pre-meeting materials for review.
- Prepare travel and expense reports on a timely basis.
- Other assignments, projects and duties as requested.

- Experienced working in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Extensive coordination with a large network of offices in the region and internationally.
- Experienced in working with highly confidential information.
- Highest degree of organizational skills, integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately, efficiently and effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent judgment; analytical; independent thinker and resourceful.
- Must be an independent, proactive self-starter with excellent anticipation and prioritization skills.
- Strong technical skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Excellent communication skills in person, on phone, and by email and voicemail.
- Experienced working with all levels in a corporate environment (Executive Office, Partners, Managing Directors, clients, assistants, etc.).
- Good knowledge of general business, corporate and government cultures.
- Flexibility for overtime and change in hours.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with excellent performance track record.
- Exceptional team player.
