Eccomerce Business Analyst – Digital Platforms – Retail Banking recruitment
Background
• One of the biggest retail banks in the UK
• The app on iTunes is one of the most downloaded apps in the UK
• The digital arena is a big growth and spend area for the bank
• Candidates that join will be able to enhance their careers and make a big difference on large projects
• Routes into Project/Programme Management across the whole Lloyds group are on clear promotion paths
Experience needed
• They need to be Senior BA's able to face off to senior stakeholders and get things done
• Not interested in junior up and comers that need training
• They will need digital experience from any sector, ideally banking but retail and telecoms could work as long as it is a digital business to consumer business
• There is a structured methodology and it is an agile way of working with sharp documentation
• All stakeholders are in London in the same office and the BA's can get things done easily
• Fairly technical understanding – understand how architecture fits together etc – Not developers or from a development background but very I.T savvy
Interview process
• There will be a first stage telephone interview with another BA to sanity check approach, tech understanding and background
• Then a face to face with the person who manages the digital BA's
