CMTS (Capital Markets Treasury Solutions) provides corporations, financial institutions, supranational, sovereigns and agencies with customized solutions for their financial needs through an integrated coverage for capital markets, foreign exchange, commodities and derivative products.
The role will be to market the electronic product suite of Deutsche Bank's Foreign Exchange (FX) platform to clients across CEEMEA (Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa). In addition to identifying their own clients the individual will work closely with the voice and eFX salespeople across the CEEMEA team to coordinate their client's eFX needs, growing the overall business in terms of profitability and volumes. If successful, you will be joining a business that is growing quickly and clearly focused on putting in place long-term client solutions. You will be responsible for client onboarding as well as detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing the bank's e-Commerce FX trading and payment tools to corporate and Financial Institution (FI) clients. The targets will be both new and existing clients in the CEEMEA, with a strong emphasis on Russia.
Working closely with the other internal key stake holders including eFX and voice sales, Support teams, Legal, Compliance and Cash management teams to increase flow across the current distribution channels.
Helping the design of the next generation in-house eFX platform and increasing sales to clients over the existing solution and alternatively, over the multi dealer platforms.
To provide detailed bi-weekly financial report and monitor clients turnover progress.
To relationship manage the client portfolio pro-actively, in order to up sell products not only to current clients but also to obtain new clients.
You will have:

Knowledge of FX products.
Excellent analytical skills.
Familiarity with electronic trading/payment platforms.
A strong academic background (minimum degree level).
Superior communication skills (written and verbal) with strict attention to detail.
Implementation skills and a good knowledge of payment systems.
You will be:

Fluent in Russian and English. (An additional CEE (Central Eastern European) language is an advantage).
Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Diligent, efficient and able to manage multiple conflicting deliverables including working under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Webex.
