eCommerce Programme Manager recruitment
Reporting to the Global Head of eCommerce Client Services, your role will be to work as part of the Global Business Service team to mobilise, structure, and lead all aspects of the eCommerce programme front to back and cross asset class.
- Definition of eCommerce app opportunities, benefits cases, and profitability potential;
- Working with senior management in sales, business management, product development, operations, and technology;
- Definition and review of Target Operating Models (TOM), infrastructure impacts, and implementation roadmap for the programme;
- Managing product development programme end to end from inception to benefits delivery
- Coordination of delivery, key decisions, and issue management for work streams and ensuring direction is aligned to vision;
- Managing programme progress, status, and communication to cross functional stakeholders, SME’s, and sponsor.
Candidate Requirements
You will have:
- Knowledge of the front to back trade lifecycle, processes associated with financial markets and in particular, extensive exposure to Front to Back processing systems and processes;
- A good understanding and experience of eCommerce products and platforms;
- A good understanding and experience of Client and Sales Reporting and Analytics;
- In depth application of program management skills and experience across the entire systems development lifecycle;
- Ability to influence key decision makers, peer groups and functions outside direct control;
- Ability to excel in a structured but complex working environment;
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization including senior business sponsors and key service providers (IT and business);
- A professional, mature approach to program management;
- Ability to initiate projects ensuring appropriate sponsorship, funding and resources are available;
- Clear presentation skills to delivery programme status providing transparency to sponsors and stakeholders;
- The confidence and ability to convincingly structure, summarise, defend and present recommendations

- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Professionally qualified or similar e.g. MBA
