The City of Oshkosh (pop. 66,000) is accepting applications for an Economic Development Expeditor. This position provides multi-disciplinary solutions for economic development projects; and coordinates all City-related contacts, reviews, approvals, and inspections to ensure the project stays on time and on budget. This position will coordinate all City departments for education, consultations, plan review, permit issuance, inspections, and final approvals. Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; 3 years of inspection supervision and code enforcement; 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: commercial building inspection, construction management, architecture or engineering; WI Commercial Building Inspection certification required, State plumbing and electrical certification preferred; and a valid WI Driver’s license. Salary range is $2,538 – $3,265 bi-weekly plus benefits.
