Editor/Author Federal Tax
Interpret and analyze federal tax law, regulations, cases, rulings, procedures, etc., primarily in the areas of estate and gift tax, and the taxation of trust and estates. Incorporate that material, including practical value-added logo material, planning concepts and practice aids, into the Federal Tax Coordinator, Estate Planning Taxation Coordinator, and/or USTR Explanations.

JD (LL.M. in taxation is a plus), plus at least 3 years of recent tax experience with a focus in the estate and gift tax area. Federal estate and gift tax expertise, strong writing skills, capacity to add editorial insight, and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
