eFX Client Services Manager – VP – Singapore recruitment
The role is to manage a large team within ecommerce FX Client Services. You will have significant management experience and be an expert in Electronic markets FX. You and your team will provide fist line support for key clients and be responsible for On-boarding and FIX issues. The role offers the opportunity to manage a highly talented team who support both internal and external traders. You will assist in advising clients how to place trade and get the most out of the platform. You will be a confident communicator and have the ambition to succeed in a dynamic a rewarding environment.
In addition you will currently be managing a team of 5 – 15 in eFX CS and be willing to work in either Singapore of NY. Exposure to FI products is an advantage.
