The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Project organization, governance set-up, plans monitoring, progress reporting.
- Runing the project on a day-to-day basis within specified quality, time and cost constraints.
- Dedicated contact for business stakeholders.
- Define, with the sponsor, the clear priorities based on business value and have the team deliver the highest value user stories first to improve ROI.
More specifically, the Project Manager’s role will be to:
- Be accountable for the project budget and expense.
- Be responsible for initializing PAF.
- Responsible for project organization, governance set-up, plans monitoring, progress reporting after PAF submission, and running the project on a day-to-day basis within specified quality, time and cost constraints.
- Synchronize and coordinate all dependencies.
- Prioritizes the users stories with the sponsor to ensure business value and interest are included in the release.
- Be accountable for the project monitoring, execution and control, especially toward the sponsor until the project closing.
- Reports project progress to different stakeholders, business and program manager.
- Ensure and validate the SDLC deliverables.
- Be responsible for ensuring consistency between deliverables (specifications) and delivered product (application).
- Facilitate the communication between the different project stakeholders.
Technical Experience:
- Agile Project Manager experience.
- Extensive financial product experience,
- Proven experience of end-to-end, Greenfield Project Management in a trading technology environment.
- Expertise with Microsoft technologies (including .NET 3.5/4.0, Silverlight 4.0, C#, Prism/CAB, WCF, SQL Server/Oracle, Rx)
- Prince2 Practitioner
- Agile
Languages:
English, French advantageous but not essential.
