Electrical Engineer Job in Seaham, Tyne-Tees Uk
A large multi-million pound company in the chilled food industry that has a number of well know supermarket brands. This company is looking for an electrically biased engineer to start immediately .
Responsibilities
-Ensuring Process machinery and associated equipment are achieving maximum efficiency.
-Reactive / Breakdown repairs on food process and packaging equipment.
-To adhere to a Preventative Planned Maintenance programme, covering equipment and services as laid down in the company procedures.
-Liaise with Senior Engineers, General Manger, Production Managers and Production staff as necessary.
-Fault finding and diagnosis of PLC systems
Applicants requirements
-An apprentice trained electrical engineer
-An electrical HNC or ONC is a must
-A strong grasp of PLC systems, drives and invertors is highly desirable
-To be able to work as part of a skilled team
-An advantage to this job role would be prior experience in the foods industry, although this is by no means essential
-Good communication skills are a vital aspect and requirement
