Volt has an Exciting Opportunity for an Electrician!
This is a chance to join one of our amazing clients in Gilroy, CA.
The job responsibilities are as follows:
Maintaining and repairing existing electrical equipment in the production areas.
Dismantling and testing equipment, pulling wires through conduit, climbing ladders and climbing over production equipment.
Troubleshooting failed equipment, and make repairs as efficiently as possible.
Assisting in planning new installations and ordering parts needed for installation as directed.
Administering Preventative Maintenance Program effectively and efficiently.
Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
The ideal Electrician must have a GED or high school diploma.
Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints, have working knowledge of three phase motors and control circuits, and know OSHA safety requirements.
Knowledge of Seimens PLC is a plus.
