Electronic Record Management – Multiple Position recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services to clients in a wide variety of organizations, from large highly-regulated enterprises to government and universities.

• Evaluate existing practices and identify existing gaps against best practices;

• Propose Records retention schedules development using a process based methodology

• Architectural and overall solution design including defining of requirements and development of policy, standards and procedure development

• Provision of technical leadership and guidance to the development team

• Work as part of sales team to formulate account strategies
Build and deliver custom presentations and demonstrations to customers

• Develop competitive knowledge and leverage in sales cycle
Keep up with industry trends and best practices

• Be a visionary to our prospects
Continue to develop and expand industry and product knowledge

• Ability to lead a team to solve complex business / technical issues

Records Management Expert – Requirements:

• Shall possess at least 8 years of experience in providing consultancy services in electronic records management;

• Shall have been responsible for at least THREE consultancy projects, which involved 100 users or more, on planning and implementing an ERKS in the past ten years;

• Shall possess at least 8 years experience in identifying, analysing and consolidating records management requirements and developing records management processes, practices and procedures;

• Shall possess

oA degree or a diploma in records management or archives
administration conferred by a university or a tertiary institution; or

oProfessional qualifications as a certified records manager or a
certified archivist accredited by a professional organisation in records
management or archives administration, e.g. a Certified Records
Manager as accredited by the Institute of Certified Records Managers;
or

oProfessional membership of a professional organisation in records
management or archives administration such as but not limited to the
following:

•  Being a full member of the Archives Records Association of the
United Kingdom and Ireland;

•  Being a professional member of Australian Society of Archivists
Inc.; and

•  Being a professional member of Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia. Affiliate or student membership of any such professional

•  Organisations will not be considered as a professional qualification.

Business Change Expert – Requirements:

• Shall possess at least 8 years of IT experience and at least 4 years experience in business process re-engineering (“BPR”);

• Shall possess at least 4 years experience in change management;

• Must have been responsible for conducting a BPR study and developing a BPR report in at least ONE completed IT project which covered content management or records management in the past 5 years.
