The company is home to nearly 1,500 employees, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team! We are currently recruiting for an Electronics Manager. The individual in this role will: Lead the development of electronic products for projects: - Lead the design of new automotive electronic solutions: LED drivers for Front and Rear Lighting Functions and for Low Beam / High Beam Function, Lighting Control System Functions, Xenon Ballasts - Lead the relationship with electronic product suppliers - Lead the problem solving methodology linked to electronic product concerns - Participate to Customer relationship - Assure that design files for any P1/P0/PCC projects are available on time, correctly validated and stored properly in ePLM or mPLM Manage Electronics Team: - Benchmark current capabilities versus existing ones on the market - Identify gaps versus current and future needs - Define and implement improvement action plan, training plan and induction plan to reach excellence - Identify the needs in terms of dedicated and shared resources - Manage directly the dedicated resources and organize the availability of shared resources Ensure the availability and optimum usage of the resources: - Centralize information on all existing resources. - Ensure equivalence between results of different programs/equipment - Identify, create synergies and ensure optimum use of all resources - Participate to the Electronic Global Competence Network Audit implementation of standards: - Define the organization and processes to put activities under control - Ensure knowledge, training and implementation of the standards. - Review and challenge de-standardization requests before release Requirements: BS in Electrical Engineering or related area, minimum 7 yrs experience required.Automotive experience required.
