About the Opportunity
The Email Production Supervisor/Digital Campaign Lead position is responsible for leading a small team of aBSA and BSAs, while running a Tier 1 book of business. Digital Campaign Leads will work in conjunction with assigned Account Teams, Off-shore Vendor resources, Technical Leads, and of course, direct reports. Digital Campaign Lead will report into CMS Manager or Sr. CMS Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Directly manage CMS, Sr CMS, BSAs, and off-shore production specialists.
2. Own and manage Tier 1 or Top 20 account(s) from a campaign/production standpoint.
3. Oversee advanced implementation projects and new client in-takes
4. Oversee campaign process and Vendor relations for DREAM and DREAMmail Full Service Customers within book of business.
5. Queue management and resource assignment on incoming business.
6. Participate in new hire selection process.
7. Lead and/or develop content for on-going team training programs.
8. Maintain campaign process documentation and template forms to ensure seamless service experience across book of business.
9. Assist in the development, communication, and rollout back-up plan across book of business during Vendor outages
10. Track individual and team Non-deployment activity and provide a monthly report to Account team and Director of Campaign Solutions
Qualifications
- The Digital Campaign Lead should have 4+ years previous experience in Leadership, and Database OR Digital Marketing
- Special emphasis is on resource management, Customer Service, escalation management/problem resolution, gathering requirements, analysis, ability to translate business requirements into functional/business specifications, creating test plans, and developing quality assurance methodologies.
Relevant experience may include some of the following:
- Has previous management experience Has performed BSA tasks within the SDLC process
- Supported Change Management and Issue Management
- Previous experience consulting with external client contacts
- Contributed to or authored client deliverables
- Maintained project/account documentation
- Worked with technical staff to design and implement technical solutions
- Experience in systems development
- Participated in integration of new development into an existing technical solution
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize
- Good listening skills Self-starter with a strong initiative
- Previous Leadership experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML, XML, web services, etc.)
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies and creation of defined artifacts
