EMEA, Corporate Affairs (Marketing) – Vice President recruitment

The EMEA, Corporate Affairs Vice President will be responsible for the coordination and execution of wide range of marketing, sponsorship and internal communications initiatives based in London. This role will be a direct report in to NY Corporate Affairs Managing Director with co-report in to EMEA Corporate Affairs Executive Director in London.

Responsibilities:
• In consultation with New York, oversee and implement the Firm’s brand strategy in Europe.
• Develop standards and documentation to ensure the consistency of brand globally.
• Consult with business units on programs that require marketing support and oversee marketing planning and measurement activities.
• Manage all aspects of brand requests inclusive of product naming, business unit communications.
• Assist business units in developing client targeted marketing communications including content development and creative execution through internal/external agency resources.
• Provide consultancy and advice to business units in evaluating third party sponsorship proposals and vet all proposals that come in to firm.
• Serve as primary point of contact in Europe for all business unit and local advertising requests.
• Oversee day-to-day marketing activities in Europe including updates to the Firm’s regional websites.
• Work with New York marketing to implement global internal communications initiatives.
• Lead the local activities associated with the Firm’s Alumni Network targeting key alumni.
• Oversee London’s corporate memberships program including day-to day employee requests and events.

Skills Required
• Strong, proven track record of marketing communications in financial services.
• Excellent presentation and written skills.
• Strong strategic and tactical skills.
• Ability to handle and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Experience working with creative teams and an understanding of the creative process.
• Ability to organize and/or write content for various communications channels.
• Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate internal relationships and collaborate with others.
• High level of initiative.
• Technical Skills: PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
