A leading Global Telecommunications service provider is further expanding their Hong Kongoperations which cover the Asia Pacific Region require an IPT Support Engineer who is CCNP Voice certified or higher to provide in life 2nd / 3rd Line support for a major global banking client's outsourced network and implement technical changes.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Level operational support handling 2ndlevel faults and enquiries regarding Cisco Voice
- Carry out IPT Changes that are classified as operational changes
- Project Implementation will be required on an ad hoc basis
- Provide contributions to the design and implementation of new network changes
- Need to work with multiple different parts of the business to deliver solutions to client
- Documentation of procedures and technical information
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
- CCNP Voice certified or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years working experience in support / networking roles
- Previous experience in data network design, implementation and support, particularly in IP networks
- Strong IP Telephony troubleshooting skills and experience
- Familiar with Cisco Call manager
- Good documentation skills and expertise
- Ideally have expertise in the Banking sector
- MUST be fluent in English and ideally with Cantonese language skills
