EMEA Head of Anti Bribery Corruption

A well-known International Investment Bank is looking to recruit EMEA Head of Anti Bribery and Corruption to join the wider Financial Crime team. You will be reporting to the EMEA Head of Financial Crimes Risk Management and responsible for the design, development and implementation of best in class anti-bribery and corruption, fraud and data security compliance programs for all UK legal entities as well as branches and representative offices in EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

-Design and oversee anti-bribery and corruption and fraud monitoring and surveillance programs and preparation of metrics/management information for Senior Management.
-Present EMEA Financial Crime risks, trends and action plans to Senior Management Committees and Boards.
-Design and rollout of risk assessments, gap analysis and controls mapping.
-Provide analysis of legal and regulatory developments relating to Financial Crime, and ensure policies and procedures are robust and effective. Particular focus will be on the development and implementation of initiatives to prevent/detect fraud and bribery risks.
-Provide support groups with guidance and advice regarding Financial Crime Risk Management.
-Work with Corporate, Wholesale and IG Partners, EMEA Senior Leaders and the regional MLROs to ensure there are consistent and effective Financial Crime preventative and detective controls in place to address fraud, bribery and corruption and data security risks.
-Design and delivery of (non-AML) Financial Crime training across the region, where required, lead/oversee internal investigations relating to anti-bribery and corruption and fraud.
-Develop strong working relationships with Audit, Legal, HR, Compliance and Operational Risk and across the lines of business. Liaise with these departments as appropriate to ensure timely identification and resolution of Financial Crime related issues.
-Managing a team, development and management of non-AML Financial Crime programs (anti-bribery and corruption, fraud and data security) across EMEA region.

Skills:

-Demonstrable experience working as part of a financial crime team within Wholesale banking. Strong technical knowledge of UK and European legal/regulatory requirements relating to Financial Crime Risk Management.
-Experience completing financial crime investigations, preferably relating to fraud and bribery risk is must
