EMEA IT Financial Controller recruitment

The role is a support to the EMEA IT head of finance and will be responsible for monthly analysis and control of all areas of expenditure across a spectrum of IT Business Units. The preparation and presentation of monthly MI for the IT Business Units and their clients (Front Office, other Corporate areas). .  

Key responsibilities will include:

• Financial management of the EMEA IT cost base, supporting the EMEA CIO and his management team

• Co ordinate IT offshore team of 3 people by providing guidance and leadership

• Preparation of the monthly close and supporting Management Information.

• Managing the update of monthly allocation keys and tracking changes

• Analysis and coordination of feedback from IT Business managers about cost drivers.

• Analysis, commentary and presentation to the business of IT allocations

• Maintain static data to ensure accurate reporting

• Ensure the annual budget process is as accurate and as successful as possible and produced within required timescales

• Supporting the global ITD function as appropriate

Skills and experience required:

• Qualified Accountant (or overseas equivalent)

• Experience within IT finance or Corporate cost base preferred.

• Excellent Excel and Analytical Skills. Access skills required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team-environment

• Good inter-personal and communication skills
