Emerging market FX Sales – Hong Kong based office recruitment
A leading global institution in the FX markets is looking to continue the expansion of its FX institutional sales desk in Hong Kong, with the addition of experienced and highly talented FX sales candidates, with a particular interest in individuals selling to Hedge Fund and Real Money accounts globally. Candidates will be expected to bring a transportable book of business, and be capable of generating $1mm+ revenue per annum.
Responsibilities of the role will include advising clients on a full suite of FX products, and executing trades on the behalf of clients, as well as the proactive expansion and maintenance of the desk’s institutional client base.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a strong and transferable client base of institutional clients in FX markets. Contacts within the hedge fund and real money space are of particular interest.
• Possess a proven ability to generate revenue in a similar position, in the form of a PnL or other, equalling $1mm+
• Currently reside in Hong Kong, or be happy to relocate for the opportunity.
• Be a tenacious, highly motivated, and disciplined individual.
• Have at least 2 years of experience within FX sales.
