Emerging Markets Fixed Income Strategy
A leading Investment bank have initiated their search for their Emerging Markets strategy team in London. You will be responsible for forecasting across global Emerging Markets. This is a high profile team who are looking for a senior figure to enter their FX Team and take charge of Emerging Markets research. You will be expected to work in partnership with the G10 and Economics team and should be able to fit into a culture of working autonomously and carving a place for yourself as a long term figure in the bank.
This is primarily a client focused role therefore you will be expected to work closely with the sales team and be a figure that can work with clients. This role will see you responsible for emerging markets FX and fixed income strategy with a direct reporting line to the Head of FX and Interest Rates strategy.
This is a hands on role with primary responsibilities including:-
Contributing to the regular EM publications
Generating trade ideas across global Emerging Markets.
Publishing, marketing and discussing with sales and trading.
Managing/Co-ordinating the global team of Emerging Market strategists.
Applicants should ideally be located in London and have an excellent background in Emerging Markets strategy at a senior level. Some sell side banking experience is preferred as this will enable you to better grasp the running of a global team.
