Global macro strategist – sell side
A solid performing sell side firm is looking for a sales focussed global macro strategist to join their group in a senior role.
You should have solid cross asset global macro research skills and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills as you will be charged with the task of managing the real money and hedge fund relationships and talking to clients around research.
In order to apply you should have experience:-
- Performing macro cross asset research within G10 markets.
- Dealing with institutional clients.
- Writing research or applying research to investment decisions
- Talking to policy makers/central banks
The hiring manager is looking for an individual with a good footing within the world of policy and economics and the ability to apply this to different asset classes for the purpose of asset allocation.
This is an excellent opportunity to be in a role which is entirely client facing and pushing the research product of the firm using varying research styles.
