Due to continual growth andprogression Commsec are seeking experienced Contact Centre Professionals to become part of our success.
Your two week induction into our Commsec contact centre team will provide you with extensive knowledge of the products and services we offer. This will ensure you are well equipped to manage a diverse range of telephone enquiries from CommSec clients - Australia's DIY investors. Your solutions focus and passion for customer service will ensure consistently high levels of service and satisfaction for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound Customer Service calls
- Making outbound calls to rectify problems and offer solutions
- Assisting Clients in a professional manner at all times to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
- Call Centre/Customer service experience (minimum 2 years)
- Demonstrated performance working in a KPI/targets driven environment
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience working with complex internal computer systems
- Proficient with Excel for reporting purposes
- Finance industry experience or interest desirable
