Employability Trainer Job in Huddersfield, Yorkshire Uk
Working for one of the UKs leading training providers you will be providing a key role in supporting customers get back into work. You will be responsible for holding one to one meetings and group discussions, carrying out assessments, coaching on job applications, interview techniques and basic skills requirements. Your remit will be to put together an action plan for each customer in order to get them back in to work. Duties will also include general administration.
You will have a background in working with the long term unemployed or have worked in a similar teaching role for a training provider.
You will need experience of Microsoft office packages, have excellent customer service skills. You would need to pass a CRB check for this position.
